A holistic approach to wellbeing, with strong focus on connecting the body and mind, and moving to feel good! Working with Rose will leave you feeling strong and centred, with a sense of balance and clarity to carry through all aspects of life.

Pilates Personal Training

Online | Home Visit

Pilates Personal Training offers a more individualized approach, we will develop a unique Pilates plan that progresses your ability and helps you reach your goals. You will receive specific exercises and tips to transform your body. This is suitable for everyone from complete beginners, to those who have an established Pilates practise but just need a little help to continue.

I am trained in Pre/Post Natal Pilates, I will safely guide you through pregnancy and postpartum and offer you exercises and modifcations that will ensure you are prepared for labour and motherhood.

I’m based in Tampa, Florida and available to travel to your home. Or if you’re further afield I also work with clients across the globe on Zoom.

Group Classes

All classes are mat based and use original Pilates method exercises. I will help you to focus on establishing close connection between body and mind. These classes are created with a holistic approach to strengthening the body, improving flexibility and correcting  poor posture. Taking the time to listen to our bodies, and relax our minds is more important than ever right now.

Online Live Classes

Live Pilates classes every week, without even leaving your home. Set up your own living room Pilates studio, grab your mat, laptop, some water and maybe even add candles. And there’s no need to commute to a studio!

Online On-demand Classes

Pilates at home whenever you want! Use the on-demand studio to playback Pilates classes that you missed, leaving you the flexibility to fit it in whenever you can.
